STAGING YOUR HOME FOR SALE
First impressions can only be made once and we insist that every home we list be staged properly to accentuate the best features and attributes of the home and minimize those aspects that are not as appealing. So, we will have our stager spend an hour with you and walk room to room making suggestions on decluttering, depersonalizing and rearrangement of furniture, pictures etc so that the room shines and shows in the best possible light. In this buyers market we leave nothing to chance or tomorrow...because we only get one chance with a prospective buyer and it need to be memorable.
For homes that have accumulated lots of memories through the years....we recommend and encourage the short term rental of a POD storage type unit. There are 3 local companies who will deliver, pick up and store in a temperature controlled warehouse locally for 90 days for less than ~$250.
First Impressions can only be made once:
1. Mow the lawn and trim the bushes - especially the ones that block your windows and diminish sunlight.
2. Purchase a new doormat.
